All payments are made through Paypal. You can pay via credit/debit card.

✷ How long does it take to ship out the orders?
I prepare all international orders every Wednesdays and ship out all orders every Thursdays of the week. As long as you place your order by Tuesday, then I will ship it out the coming Thursday. This is all in Philippine Time (PHT / GMT+8).
✷ What shipping methods do you use?
I ship out all international orders via PhilPost, our local post office.
✷ When will my order arrive?
You can check the Shipping page for the current estimated delivery times. These are always changing due to the COVID-19 restrictions. The delivery time is based on the date of shipment, not the day when you placed your order.
✷ My order hasn’t arrived yet and it’s past the delivery estimate. What do I do?

✷ Will you give me a tracking number? How do I track my order?
Yes! All orders are shipped via registered mail and includes a tracking number. You will receive an email when I ship your order and it will include the tracking number. You may track your package here: https://www.ship24.com/

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns and refunds 🙁
✷ What do I do if I receive a damaged item or the wrong item?
I do my best to ensure that each order is wrapped carefully and as eco-friendly as possible. In the rare case that an item has been damaged or if I sent you a faulty item, please do send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and we’ll figure something out!
